Requests we handle

You may contact us about account registration, login or access problems; membership status; billing, cancellation, or refund questions; privacy rights; and copyright complaints concerning content available through FeetHunter.

Information to include

Include your account email when relevant, a concise description, the affected page or content, approximate date and time, and an order identifier for a payment issue. A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to submit the request.

Keep sensitive information private

Never send your password, full card number, payment credentials, API secrets, or unnecessary identity documents by email. We may request limited additional information through an appropriate channel when needed to verify a request.

Response handling

FeetHunter reviews requests in a reasonable time based on complexity, urgency, verification needs, and request volume. We may group duplicate requests or ask for clarification.

Emergencies

Support is not an emergency service and cannot provide medical, safety, law-enforcement, or other urgent assistance. For emergencies, contact the appropriate local service.
