Scope and adults-only service
This Policy applies to the FeetHunter website, membership, content access, checkout, and support. FeetHunter is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Data collected
We may process account and contact details, authentication data, membership status, payment metadata such as order identifiers and payment status, usage, device data and logs, cookie values, and information included in support or rights requests. FeetHunter does not receive or store your full payment credentials; PayPal handles payment details.
Purposes
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide membership access, process and reconcile subscriptions, deliver restricted content, remember essential choices, prevent fraud and misuse, diagnose service problems, comply with law, and answer support, privacy, and copyright requests.
Legal grounds
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where legally required. You may withdraw consent where it is the applicable legal ground.
Providers
Data may be processed by GoDaddy or other hosting infrastructure; WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) for site and membership operation; PayPal for checkout and recurring payments; Google Drive for protected media delivery; and email delivery providers for operational messages and support. These providers process data under their own terms and safeguards.
International transfers
Because FeetHunter operates online from Brazil and uses global providers, data may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including the life of an account or membership and applicable tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal periods. Data is then deleted or anonymized when feasible.
Security
FeetHunter uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including access controls and secure connections. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your global privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about sharing; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. FeetHunter does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Put simply, we do not sell or share personal information. Our non-discrimination commitment means we do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
