18+ eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms to use FeetHunter. The service is for adults only.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Membership and automatic renewal

A paid subscription grants access to the membership benefits shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed price and interval until cancelled. Payment processing is provided by PayPal under its own terms.

Cancellation and end-of-cycle access

You may cancel through your membership account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Acceptable use and content restrictions

You may not use FeetHunter unlawfully; harass, exploit, or impersonate anyone; upload malicious code; bypass access controls; scrape or redistribute the service; share membership access; or copy, record, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit restricted content. Attempts to gain unauthorized access or interfere with service operation are prohibited.

Intellectual property and personal viewing licence

FeetHunter and its creators retain all intellectual property rights in the service and content. An active membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private viewing only. No ownership rights are transferred.

Suspension and termination

FeetHunter may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk, illegal conduct, or harm to the service or others. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Service availability

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures, or events beyond reasonable control. FeetHunter does not promise uninterrupted access, but will take reasonable steps to operate the service.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, subject to any mandatory law and forum rights that apply where you live.

Changes

FeetHunter may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The updated effective date will be shown here, and material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
